If you don't care about the body of your Jeep TJ, then steel fenders are fine. These act as both a marker light and a turn signal. The LEDs are grommet mounted into a 3/4" hole that can be drilled into the side or even the front of your MCE fender. Installing a set of MCE front fenders on a 1997-2006 Jeep TJ/LJ requires modifications to the front marker and turn signal lights to maintain street legality in some areas. This is the result of trimming off a section of the original steel fender that houses both the side marker light (indicator/marker) and the forward facing light (also an indicator/marker).
