While Nemesis was designing the Notorious Flare they threw all traditional thinking out the window. After several projects they found that there is a cavernous space behind the factory flares that is just begging for some sunlight and big tires. Today's trend is LCG (low center of gravity) so keeping this trend in mind they have developed a flare that not only looks and functions well, but has allowed us to run even larger tires with little or no lift.
Like all of Nemesis's products you can install these flares knowing that they have been constructed from quality material. Using a water jet the flare is cut from 3/16" aluminum sheet. The flare is then dried, cleaned, and sanded to remove any dross (slag) leftover from the cutting process. Forming of the flare is handled by a CNC press brake, using tooling developed by their resident tool and die maker. The part is then welded and metal finished providing a seamless finish. Upon completion the flare is once again inspected to ensure a precise fit.
