The Odyssey Flare is constructed of formed aluminum and reinforced in all of the proper locations to provide maximum protection. The Odyssey Flares are approximately the same width as the stock JK Flares and a full 2" wider at their widest point than our Notorious JK Front Flares. This added width provides more tire coverage and more protection for your Jeep.
You can confidently install these flares knowing they have been constructed from quality materials by the craftsmen at Nemesis Industries. Using a water jet the flare is cut from 3/16" aluminum sheet. The flare is then dried, cleaned, and sanded to remove any dross (slag) leftover from the cutting process. Forming of the flare is handled by a CNC press brake, using tooling developed by their resident tool and die maker. The part is then welded and metal finished providing a seamless finish. Upon completion the flare is once again inspected to ensure a precise fit.
