RedHead Steering Gear Box - 1980-1986 Jeep CJ - Manual Steering

Part #: PCJ-7104. This manual gear fits most Jeep CJ's from 1972 through 1986. If you have a power steering gear, please order either the RH-18503LNI or the RH-2552, depending on the year of your CJ.

Accepting Upfront Refundable Core Charge:
This product does require a core charge deposit, that will be refunded upon return of your original core part.

Once the core has been received back and inspected, the core charge will be refunded back to the card or payment method originally used to purchase, presuming the core meets core criteria and the core is returned within 21 business days from originally receiving your order. If you have outstanding circumstances that would not allow the return to occur within 21 days, please contact us.

Send My Core Box In First:
Not our favorite option, as this does add additional time to your order as your item will NOT be shipped until your old core box is received back and inspected FIRST.

Emailed core return instructions will be sent the following business day from order.

Once the core gear box has been received and inspected, the new gear box can be processed and shipped accordingly to the shipping method selected at checkout.

Pre-Paid Return Label:
You have the option for us to include a pre-paid return label for ease of returning/sending your core. With this option, you will merely need to drop the re-packaged core with accompanying shipping label off at a UPS drop-off. Otherwise, it will be your responsibility to supply your own means of returning the core. Pre-paid return label option is only applicable to the lower 48 contiguous United States.
