RT Pro RZR 900 S / 1000 S Nerf Bars

RT Pro started with completely rethinking the mounting solution for these. Polaris gives us some big holes in the frame and some tiny screws to hold the part on the machine. This is a horrible setup for a product you install with INTENTIONS of hitting/getting hit by things! We machine special inserts that reach deeper in to the frame. On the front mounts, we actually drill THROUGH the frame and securely fasten the front mounts from the back side. The middle mounts install about the same as normal because there isn’t much twist or force applied to these with proper front and rear mounts.

Installation is simple and fitment is excellent due to professional 3D CAD design by RT Pro's talented in-house engineers. The final product is a simple yet comprehensive product anyone with a garage and simple tools can install on a Saturday. This kit is made from American steel, laser cut and CNC bent for absolute precision every time.

This installation does require drilling a 5/8” hole through the front frame rails using the original hole as a pilot. It’s quite simple, and the only part of the install that requires anything but simple wrenches.

The RT Pro RZR 900 S Nerf Bars fit all 2 seat RZR 900'S AND RZR 1000 S. They come powdercoated black with instructions and all the necessary hardware for installation.
