RT Pro RZR XP 900 Rear Chassis Struts

After tens of thousands of miles of hard pounding abuse between RT Pro, racers and customers, they've determined there is a weakness in the rear chassis of the RZR XP 900 chassis that their existing braces and gussets weren't covering. The issue is the rear chassis of the 900 is very light duty. If you look close there is nothing to it but two 90° joints and essentially 4 tubes holding the entire motor/trans/diff in place as well as the radius rod mounting points. In some hard crashes and rear bottom-out situations we've actually seen the entire rear chassis get bend upwards. This is obviously no good for the drivetrain, suspension geometry and general safety of the machine.

RT Pro has designed these simple yet extremely effective "struts" to triangulate the rear chassis of your RZR XP 900. With these lightweight struts the chassis will no longer be able to flex or distort no matter the direction of impact in any situation the machine gets in to. This is cheap insurance for sure!

This Rear Chassis Strut Kit comes complete with a pair of our Rear Cage Gussets which also serve as the upper mounting point for these struts as well as our RZR XP Nerf Bars. The gussets are a bolt-in bracket that ties this weak corner of the chassis together as well as mount two of our products at the same time. This is also a point where we are able to structurally tie all of our rear and mid section products in to our front-end products to deliver the absolute strongest "bolt-on" chassis upgrades in the industry.

This kit fits ALL model RZR XP 900's including the XP4. It does make the clutch a little harder to access but we feel it's well worth it. The struts are simple to remove after the initial installation for full service accessibility.
