Our Friends at S&B tested and designed this state of the art cold air intake system that will almost double your airflow. This intake will fit your Ford like the stock intake but has been designed to utilize every inch of space so that it performs to S&B's high standards. They stock inlet was extremely restrictive so they custom molded their own to help improve airflow.
Silicone is a premium rubber that can withstand temperatures up to 400° F and won't crack or tear with age. It's tough yet elastic enough to stretch, then snap into a perfect seal. That's why S&B used silicone to build this kit's filter, inlet, coupler, and tube sleeve.
S&B has also created a MAF mounting plate that provides a positive seal for trouble free operation.
